Machine Learning Engineer

At Actual AI, we are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team of experts in the field of artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and gather data

  • Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering to prepare data for modeling

  • Train, validate, and optimize machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques

  • Deploy machine learning models to production systems and monitor their performance

  • Develop and maintain code libraries and frameworks to support machine learning development

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence

  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch

  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning

  • Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn

  • Experience with software development principles and methodologies, including version control systems (e.g. Git)

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and libraries such as NLTK and spaCy

  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark

  • Strong mathematical background, including linear algebra and calculus

  • Experience with computer vision and image processing techniques
